Desktop UI connection problems

Hi,

We have installed the desktop ui in a redundant system. If we launch de desktop from the servers, it works perfectly. But if we launch it from a remote pc, it doesnt connect. But if you keep trying, ant the end it connects. You have to retry several times for 20 minutes, but then it works.
There is no error message, in fact the message is "could not establish connection, no error.". We,ve tried to switch off the firewall but we get same result. What could be the problem? somo configuration or net problems.
We use the https connection via port 443. Using not secured connection does not resolve the problem. Thank you very much

Do you have a functioning name resolution? If not this can cause long connection times.
