Hi,
I am using WinCC OA 3.17 with NGA (influxdb), running on Microsoft Hyper-V.
Everytime I perform an historical query, the process WCCOAnextgenarch takes up 100% CPU and the queries take a long time to return the result.
This does not happen if I perform a query directly in InfluxDB through the CLI, so it seems the bottleneck is in WCCOAnextgenarch.
I tried creating an empty project and the same thing happens, so it really seems to be an issue in Hyper-V (I don't see this happening in a non-VM environment, and I have 3 projects on Hyper-V with the same problem).
Has anybody experienced this issue?
I know Hyper-V is not officially supported for WinCC OA.
